However, the info I was talking about was about your statement '' insiders not allowed to buy MDG shares at the moment''...I was wondering how you managed to get this info...
And I was also wondering why insiders would not be allowed to buy at the moment : if it's not an upcoming buyout, then what could it be ?  Important upcoming PR(s) ?

 Thanks anyway for your take on a PMI buyout !
