RE:could be worse

RE:could be worseTrying to find positives in recent news. True, they're getting a decent price for the assets. Cash burn will be reduced but we're still paying the mgmt for a much smaller set of responsibilities than they had previously. Any talk of commensurate decrease in salaries for senior mgmt?
It amazes me that the mystery company sought BXI out just as the other European deal was falling apart. This company had been to Saskatoon to see the plant in operation, was impressed enough to pick up the phone and cold-call BXI. Was this a surprise or not? Why didn't BXI approach them first? Is anyone home in Liberty Village?
The protein is first-rate, GEA says it can be done on a large scale for profit, etc....This is a blind hope but if these mystery guys want first dibs on the product badly enough, it should translate into easier negotiations and a sooner NR, like right after EFSA approval is granted..
The huge dilution of an extra 75 million shares is really scary on one hand. However, if it gives the fearless leaders incentive to get the SP moving, fine. God help them if this deal falls apart and they haven't been out marketing this superior product far and wide. They need to have plan B ready before someone beats them to the phone.
