or rather they gave it away as samples 
The crux of the matter is that GEA report predicted that for a higher scale but the actual 24/7 continuous production has never been done and the actual cost at that level never mmaterialized how else do you explain the reluctance of anyone to put cash into Saskatoon
it is all about finances and risk now
