RE:strong close today

RE:strong close todayAny idea how much land comes with the 500 bopd or the field netbacks?.Thanks.
Paying down the debt would be a good idea.As a Div payer even a debt = 2 x CF is high.
currently it's more like 3.75 x CF (80 mil CF) .I imagine the ratio scarred away a few investors.

Using $50 netbacks, avg prod of 450 over the next 12 mon, = $ 8 mil of lost CF add back
interest savings of $2.5 mil = $5.5 mil of Lost CF.

with 250 mil of debt and say 75 mil of CF,the ratio falls to 3.3, not much lower
