Tracking

TrackingOk so I don't understand the tracking of this etf - so what is it tracking and if it is tracking some future whatever - have we seen the bottom ? Or is this going under 5.25 today ?  why is it holding well at this time ?  Or is it just in a trade mode for a short period before fall ?
