I cannot believe it...ONLY 1.16$ !?!

I cannot believe it...ONLY 1.16$ !?!Just two days ago, I was writing here :

''I hope a buyout is NOT in the work…Even at 2$ per share, this would be a shame, given the potential of Medicago…''

1.16$ !  What a REAL joke, what a REAL shame...!

I hope that the shareholders that understand the Company and the Industry will :

- Keep their shares for now.
- Vote NO at the upcoming Shareholders' meeting.

IF we're ''lucky'' enough and the deal is rejected, the price of 1.16$ will become the BOTTOM valuation of MDG because (if anything else !!) of the additionnal acknowledgment brought by this tentative and...( bye bye Shorters under 1.16$, and even much higher...!)...I let you do your homework on this one...

IF the deal is allowed, even if you voted NO, you will receive your ''poor'' 1.16$ per share...

Also,if the deal is allowed, don't forget the TAX IMPLICATIONS if your holdings are not in a registered account :  capital gain taxed at 50 %...

And, finally, I'm very disappointed by the board of Directors...Although I understand this deal is in THEIR interests ( much better salaries, much better working conditions, much less stress : no more financing chasing and negotiations...) and , at least I hope, in the interest of the employees, I'm very disappointed that they let it go NOW for such a RIDICULOUS price...The board of directors simply failed in their PRIMARY responsability : the interests of the shareholders, all the shareholders !

I hope you'll vote NO, at least for the principle !!

Well...I think I need a beer or two...maybe 3...
