Lest We Forget...

Lest We Forget...
Also couple to the robust stock option package, the fact that the two principal executives pull down salary of, give or take a few bucks - one million each. Summer homes on golf courses and nothing but first class all the way.

Arrogance ? Privledge ? Entitlement ?  I'm not sure as both these guys are mining industry veterans, but if renumeration were premised on performance - well, that's a dilema, we the shareholders must come to terms with. Some have suggested that a rollback might be the way to go but that really solves nothing, as RCF controls 50% of this deal, so whatever the fully diluted number outstanding is, you can cut that number in half.

The real question should be, if this is such a stalwart deal, why did it not go private at the very outset ?

Because the TSX-V is a sucker's market and we're all in the club. However, the fact remains, we all could have done without, what has transpired here, over the last five years.
