RE:RE:RE:Not sure I understand about the sellThanks beenthere for the imput.
I understand the people who believe there is no more upside so they are out of here and on to other things. However the others, the buyers who bought over 30M shares @ 1.14 and above must believe there is some upside?
Either they :
- think the company will go on trading long enough to see some kind of decent sp increase from now and they can sell higher before the deal closes , (which I am scratching my head on that one)
OR,
- they firmly hold on to some hope that another buyer with a bigger offer will come forward in the next few days or so.
OR,
- They believe the deal won't get shareholder approval and will fail, and continue to trade as a public company and then just get to much higher realistic prices as everybody was hoping,
OR,
- you're suggesting the majority of the buyers today are PMI and Mitsubishi puimping up further their positions, can they legally do that while this deal is under consideration?

I am correct aren't I, that if the deal IS approved the company will cease to be a publically traded company and I guess go private?  TIA
