It's not okay to mislead people by making statements that you know (or should know) are not true. There is no deal for new financing by Clifton Star mentioned in the early warning report. The report showing at Sedar.com was put out by Passport Capital to say they have reduced their share ownership in Clifton Star. The report did not come from Clifton Star.
