I don't agree with it.  
 
The whole purpose of cutting costs and adjusting to market conditions is so we down "burn through our cash" while we look at our property (that has a great degree of optionality) internally with our own team under current market conditions.
 
This is an honest and prudent reaction to current things that we can't control, like gold price and market sentiment.  Both of these are at long term lows.
