RE:The voteSome good questions DB - along the same lines is the question of how they (GW and investment firm behind them) intend to make money if they do take over. I don't think a return on the 6 million shares they currently carry is going to cut it - they have a plan to acquire more shares - will it be through a placement or share issuance? To your point - why don't they just try and take a run at the entire company now via a friendly or hostile takeover? I believe that shares are to tightly held and this is an option, I also believe AH will go for much more than $50m or GW would be going through all this trouble - they are trying to get it on the cheap.
