A question to the wise. Any idea how much of their 27 sections of mantario ....The ROI of the wells at wcs prices in the 90s/ however what is the risk on the 2o pkus sections outside of the very few they are now concentrating on ?  is there successful wells surounding their land, is it homogenous resource type play, or could a lot of the land be non ecomomic. just trying to guade the risk, because if the 27 sectons are ase good as the first few, this is a mind numbingly good buy

thanks in advance
i also hold pxl in this wcs play as i see it cashflowing 50 cents a share at todays wcs pirce and with the storck tading at under 60 cents we are talking just over one times cashflow or two times enterprise value to cashflow.
