RE:Whos worriedI think you've broke the code___ The only Canadian equities I ever made money with  were outside the resource sector with the exception of a few... The CEOs of small cap Canadian resource companies operate with impunity from prosecution for law breaking and your better of staying away from them all... 

It's like the old adage that all of the cars at the auto auction aren't bad but all the bad ones are there...
