EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT

Due to current market conditions, Currie Rose Resources Inc.'s letter agreement entered into with Rock & Stock Investments (Pty.) Ltd. of South Africa, news released Nov. 7, 2012, and April 18, 2013, has been extended until March 31, 2014, under the same terms and conditions as stated in the news release of April 18, 2013.
