RE:RE:EAS - compensation. Reflection of the TSX V

RE:RE:EAS - compensation. Reflection of the TSX VYOu completely do not understand my message. I am not Frustrated, I do not own EAS, once did and was doing DD, which included looking at the MIC.  And you are wrong, we are seeing the majors making major cuts to salary's, compensation, projects and capital spending.  Majors have cash-flow and in most cases profits.
Many an analyst/media have reported the dire situtation for jrs and the almost inability to raise capital. If EAS needed to raise capital in these mkts it would be highly dilutive, yet they continue to offer compensation to CEO etc that is completely out of line, IMO with the stage of the company.   Thats the issue with the Jr's, we see meetings in hotels to blame everyone for the problems with the sector, yet not themselves!  They should wake up, no one can blame the markets for not raising a money for these companys when the majority of the funds do not go into the ground, but into the pockets of insiders.
