You have to have some cognitive understanding of what success is before you can be embarrassed for continually falling short. Besides, when everyone around you worships you and this same level of benchmarking for bankruptcy, you have no chance of being embarrassed.

If anything, McRae seemed rather flippant, typically jovial, in the latest 12 month delay in the GMP. As if 12 more months of fully staffed burn means nothing to a company that borrows at the high end of organized crime interest rates.

Disconnected from the realities of a public company...unquestionably, embarrassed... Absolutely no chance of labelling him with that handle.

Maybe in a year or two, when the share price rises 10 fold under new leadership, a much much much much wealthier McRae will reflect back and have some sense of shame in what could have been, but I doubt it.
