Would love to agree with you, but me myself have already returned the new z10 once because of a faulty speaker. I didnt miss use it at all either, just a problem they fixed early. Still love the phone though and cant go to anything else. The BBM voice and video is so clear its like your beside the person. The dog even barks hearing it lol
