RE:RE:My buyout guesstimateGood comparison, especially in terms of location to Lochend holdings. Many similarities, but long-life wells are mentioned in the purchase and I'm not sure TOL wells have that benefit.
Derisked sites are similar in number. Oil % is similar. Big tax benefit, rather large debt, safe drilling sites and infra.
It seems TOL is OK for an intermediate in the area. It seems TOL could be better as a JV with another company with more sections than TOL -  maybe a NG weighted Montney player which needs the Oil balance for cash flow. Delphi has many montney sites in Bigstone.

Selling for straight cash would probably bring the smallest gain.
