TGM's ppwow, you can see how dilutive this can become in such a market when you are down and out...... PP 52millions shares at $0.33 for a measly $17.4M?! TGM already has 211M shares float.... now they will have 263 millions shares outstanding after this PP..... even before any BFS is done...... Terrible dilution.... but again, if you need cash, you cannot do anything about it.

Compared with VTR's most recent PP, 20 millions shares at nearly $2.00 gave us $40M..... What a difference. I wish management had done a PP 50 millions shares at $2.00 last time?! I hope they can sell Goaua to raise some millions in order to avoid going to the market for PP at this time?!
