Hey GF I also just re listened to the call.  It sounds generally positive and TGZ feels that they wll make this happen.  They have dramatically cut costs and are increasing their cash.  What they did this morning gives them more flexibility to pay Bendon cash for a huge portion of their stake.  It would be interesting to see their cash balance as of today. It will take time to deal with Bendon but once OLE is on board I believe Bendon will follow as it will probably be their best option.  The ball is now in OLE's court.  They must be working on a reply to the offer.  I also would expect an answer before OLE's meeting.
