The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

RE:Red Kitelook for @ 7-7.5% terms payable in cash and shares. just my guess after looking at a few of their other deals. not great terms but not a killer either. cash flow should easily cover the payments.hopefully it is paid off in 2-3 years and aun is thriving by then.
