RE:RE:RE:RE: Bendon Hey Parks. Glad to see you posting again. As you know TGZ did approve the issuance of stock to buy public OLE at the meeting today. They are serious and as far as they are concerned they are just waiting for OLE to agree on the offer. They did say on the call today that some TGZ shareholders thought they were a high on the offer but then again they are not going to say they were low. I believe that it is just part of the negotiations. You know as well as anyone that TGZ cannot grow without OLE and OLE cannot survive without TGZ. OLE does not have many options but neither does TGZ. I believe OLE will privately counter with a slightly higher ratio of maybe .75 shares of TGZ for each OLE and maybe get .67 shares or so. TGZ knows that they are going to come back for a bit more as TGZ was the one who approached OLE. All just speculation but at least we now know that TGZ officially wants and have been approved (issuance of stock) to buy OLE. Time will tell. Nice to hear from you Parks.
