RE:protection in bankruptcy= sale in bankruptcy

RE:protection in bankruptcy= sale in bankruptcyTo be clear, Tallgrass does not have 30 days. Right now they have 4 days. According to the press resease they have a stay until July 24th. On July 24th they have to appear in court and plead their case for CCAA. The secured lenders will be there to plead their case to send Tallgrass directly into receivership. If the lenders case is stronger than the BS hot air that McAdam has been venting for the past year since he took over Anglo, then it will be straight to receivership and it is all over for Tallgrass. My bet is the court sends them directly to receivership.
Let's be honest. McAdam has had ample time to get financing. He has had about one year. The odds of him pulling a rabbit out of his *ss in the next 4 days is remote at best.
McAdam is just a slick talking salesman who's end is near. This guy is done and unfortunately he has taken down a company with some very good assets and should have had a future. We were all taken in by a snake oil salesman.
