Since i am in a different time-zone it is sometimes hard to be behind the keyboard at times when it is important. So any ahead-warning would be great.

Does BNC also has to show the judge insight in the 30+3 offers they have so the judge can determine what the actual current situation of the company is ? Or is it just about checking if all legal hoops been jumped for calling an early meeting ?
