Its like your saying one loses more money because one did not average down and that would ease the pain due to loss of gains due to halt. There are several schools of thought regarding averaging down in a security, for me it all boils down to the leadership and the company/products/services. If your overall investment thesis is solid then there are no worries and/or need to average down because one thinks they did their homework.
Obviously, a lot of us faacked up here regarding BNC and our homework; it happens to the best.
