RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Top Holders of WoulfeHi Chizzles. Thanks for your post . As to your questions, my data as to insiders is from SEDAR.com. They don't show Resinco as a Woulfe insider. I don't know if Resinco owns any Woulfe, and I don't own any Resinco shares. Last, I have never spoken with Mr. Marleau, or anyone on the board. Thus, I have no clue on the internal dynamics or personalities of management. I do rely on the public data and news releases although, I agree, we should share new information.
As to the Dundee share ownership issue, I would be surprised if the https://apps.cnbc.com/view.asp?country=US&uid=stocks/ownership&symbol=wof-V&country=CA site is current and therefore accurate. I note that it does not include Korea Zink (KZ), which I believe owns slightly less than 10 million shares (unless KZ is the "US Global" shown on the site), it shows Brian Wesson owning 2 million shares, which I believe is long outdated, it shows the two Colonial insiders as owning less than I think they have, and, as you point out, it shows GCIC, LTD. owning 39.8 M and Dundee owning 23.7 M. GCIC, LTD.
GCIC, LTD. was formerly (Ned) "Goodman andCompany, InvestmentCounsel, LTD." It is an investment division of Dundee. Sedar does not list GCIC, LTD., as a Woulfe insider, which it presumably be required to do if GCIC, LTD currently owned 39.8 M shares. SEDAR does show Dundee as owning approximately 49M shares, which I think is likely accurate. Cheers. Seg.
