RE:Material Fact....So these assets have a value of between 96-126M USD + the value of IPEX (any ideas on value?).  Currently the company has a book value of approx. 225M USD.  a couple of questions:
 
1.  What is the cash on-hand after the 3rd drill in Namibia is done?
2. What are the blocks in Namibia worth? 100-200M USD?
3. What is the Brazil property worth?
 
This looks like a good takeover/liquidation target at these numbers to me.  It will be interesting to see if any of the hedge funds increase their ownership today.  If we see an increase in ownership, I would bet on a liquidation.
