RE:Hostile Offer1. I don't believe this will drag on much lunger and certainly not till 2014, although it could be in our interest if oil prices stay high.

2. Even if there is a stand-still agreeent with one or more interested parties, there are others out there who have not signed who are free to make a hostile bid.
