Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

BOD are not delivering to investors

BOD are not delivering to investorsI know some of you will bash this post. Truth is, I am getting sick of many of you saying, profit is just around the corner. Check my history, I use to be a big supporter of this company. Now I will be happy to get my money out of it with a small profit. At 2.20 I will pull the trigger.
The BOD in my view have not delivered to shareholders. I know many of you will say.. wait to stella.. what if stella is a bust? Let me tell ya, I would really like to know the offer they turned down for this company or maybe I wouldn't... anyway if someone offered me 2.50 a share I would be jumping for joy.

Good luck to everyone,  I hope something happens postiviely soon. Come on BOD give us investors something to be happy about.
