Same ol' penny stock game.

Same ol' penny stock game. It's all about the management continuing to recieve their paychecks. Why not simply close any operations (lay off all employees) put the compay on 'care & maintenance until such time that the markets pick up ?

No, because that would stop the checks being paid to them.

" I believe the sale of Nuevo Milenio at this time is the only reasonable way for Cream to continue as a going concern, with immediate liquidity to allow us to move ahead and explore additional opportunities to rebuild shareholder value", stated Michael O'Connor, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cream. "

Who is kidding who ? The money will go into the management pockets.
CMA has been working this project for 15 years all to walk away with $600K ?

No no no don't go on care & maintenance, but rather 1. 'F' the shareholders over, 2. keep collecting a paycheck while the money lasts, 3. do a reverse split and start the GAME all over again. All the while never losing your job or missing a check.
