This is the chart I look at:

It currently has a bearish price objective of 1.62, that's not really a target, but more of a trending direction.

The chart also indicates that 2.34 would be a good number to see, it would be a bullish reversal, but not a trend reversal.  The chart shows that 3.60 would be the beginnings of a bullish trend reversal.

So we have a lot a work to do to get this into a positive trend.
