BTW, those spikes sometimes are over a period of months or sometimes over a period of days, depends on volatility.

I thought that we had capitulation when we hit 1.63 on that big down day.

Hoping it is not a dead cat bounce, but it looks like maybe we will test the 1.63, and hopefully we don't penetrate below 1.63, I can't see where we would have any support below 1.63.

If we bounce off before we get to 1.63, hopefully we can get back over 2.00.
