Shareholder MeetingObviously the Judge saw Graeme et al as the clearly credible way to proceed. At this point, I don't think WG have much to offer. Also, I think they blew it wrt proper process, understanding the legalese (even though Gulbis is a lawyer), and most importantly, their submissions were borderline unprofessional. Who wants to follow a couple of DkHeds? I know, other DkHeds.
We will now be faced with a decision on AH, and I for one, will likely ride this out with Graeme. For him to sell his 'first born' to take Urocidin to the finish line says they fully believe in this product. They know far more about Urocidin than we do and they are willing to bet the farm on it. Maybe it's time to take stock in why we are here. We invested in this company to make big bucks, but we knew it was a gamble. BNC is gambling on Urocidin, and if you own shares, so are you.
We either ride it into the sunset, or into the ground. If you have saddle sores, buck it up Twinkie.
