RE:RE:Roumell Asset Management, LLC Ups Stake in Sandstorm Metals & Energy, Ltd. to 14.48%I guess this happened on that big day where 5.35% on the total SND shares traded.  

One question might be: Who was the seller?

Hmmm....  Is this positive news?

On the surface this appears to have been orchestrated, 

First announce there will be no Donner stream for 2013, the stock tanks, these guuys make their purchase, then Donner announces they have some financing.

Sandstorm still haven't made a press release to announce their financing/share purchase of DON.

What gives?
