As long as insiders are accumulating the issue that is a good sign. I look at privately held firms operating in the area like Rife, Gear, Northern Blizzard, Tiene and become convinced that the volatility of the public markets is a two edged sword. How long can this protracted selling continue in a $100 plus WTI market? Taking a look at takeover targets like RE, NVS.V, AEI, LNV, PXL.V or possible acquirors BTE, CR and LRE and the picture becomes clearer that a series of tuck in acquisitions accentuating the smaller producing properties is going to be the strategy going forward unless the insiders take this outfit private.
