Contingent Resources

Contingent ResourcesBump in sp (with volume) during the testing of K3 down to 2788m leads one to believe that it flows....this is key (nearly 200m more than tested at K2).  The current flop on low volume is classic wzr and will only change once mgmt makes good on their LL promise.
With the greater than expected thickness of K3, we could outshine the expected 300million barrel contingent potential stated by mgmt...i'm assuming 400 million extra contingent, bringing us close to 1 billion total contingent with a takeover value of $2/share (no route to market in this assumption...it should increase).
The median sp for the past year was around $1.20...valuing our contingent (570mil) at $1.20/share (using current fd of 570 mil shares).  Adding 400 million contingent should logically add 480 million to our mc (.84cents).   Using the 1.20 as our base, we should have $2.04 once the lower section flow is confirmed in a couple of weeks.
