Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

IF I understand this correctly they could get compensated by the gov for their land position. Since they put in upwords from 50 mil into the project their compensation could be accordingly. The cash alone would make them worth .25. That is the spec here imo.
