This is all about the parcel of land that is to be reclaimed by Fort McMurray (Wood) for future urban development. Clearwater is in that parcel of land. If you hold oil sand leases within that block they will be cancelled. This then becomes all about the compensation. How much money will AOS receive. At this point, today's trading has nothing to do with the African leases or Algar, although I think they add value to the company. If AOS is entitled to compensation as I believe they are - based on my limited perspective of the articles I have reviewed, then this should trade at a multiple of at least 2X what the stock was halted at.
