Border Petroleum Ltd BOPFF

Border's new growth strategy is to target oil and gas assets that are characterized by reservoirs with proven reserves with low recovery factor to date. These assets allow for low risk development opportunities to increase production, cash flow and add reserve value. Border's corporate strategy will in return increase shareholder value and help build a strong stable cash flow and balance sheet.

RE:RE:Pump and dumped

RE:RE:Pump and dumpedI suspect  the spike in volume was related to some rumor that a a buyer had finally surfaced. It's been basically a month since bids were due on the Macquarie process, so if there were any serious interested parties, the timing would be about right for intentions to be settled. I also doubt this would be a cash deal .. it would most likely be a pure share deal.

I don't think BOR quarterlies or AGM will have any impact on the valuation...the story is basically out there and BOR have curtailed activity during their process to conserve their cash.
