RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:450 million shares ??Really? You're asking me why not just buy out EAG now? It's called letting others do the work for you, it's not only cheaper, but it de-risks a project. Seeing as how the gold market is in the dump, as EAG progresses Windfall Lake, it will barely move the share price in my opinion. So as EAG spends money and time progressing the mine, Dundee can wait happily with the opportunity to buyout a great project that's already been de-risked. There is a reason why major companies buy out juniors in the later stages AFTER a PFS or BFS has been released. EAG has neither, so buying out them now what be stupid. Secondly, sure they would have no capital once they pay out the 600K agreement. What's your point? They have THREE years to come up with a BFS. That means EAG had more than enough to time to look elsewhere for better deals on capital, than the one with SA and Dundee. I would rather they waited a couple month to half a year to find better investments, then spend the other 2 and a half years on drilling and a BFS.
