UcoreWell, when you put the right people in place and execute your plan, things eventually come together. Kudos to ncite for finding that permit document. It is mind blowing that they are this far along and have not been shouting this information from the rooftops. I guess it gives time for the big boys to fill their boots before they start releasing the news to the masses.
Ucore is not well known by anyone except the select few that know a bit about rare earths, which is a very select group of people YOU included. The market is the collective wisdom of all players including insiders. We have seen moves like this before, and they culminate in a new high. The last couple of times UCU started moving up, like in '09 when it was sitting as low as 5¢, it topped out at $1. Then the next time it went from 20¢ to $1.30 (more than a six bagger).
The project is farther along by far than previously when it was over a $1, and it seems both gov't and the people of Alaska including Congress and the House of Reps wants this to move forward to free the US from dependency on China for their growing need for rare earth.
Do the math here, the IRR of this project is amazing, the costs are 1/10 of what most rare earth mines cost and most of the bureaucracy is now out of the way.
It takes about 9 months from trough on the chart to the top historically. Since this stock bottomed in May 2013, it should be well over a $1 in Jan-Feb 2014.
Gentlemen (and ladies) place your bets.
Good luck to all,
