RE:It is good but poorly written and 400% growth over 5 years well hidden on call

RE:It is good but poorly written and 400% growth over 5 years well hidden on callBNN raised your concern today which is Chairman's past.  Gordon Scott Paterson was fired and fined $1 million plus $100,000 in costs by the Ontario Securities Commission for trading in a stock he was promoting. Chairman Gordon Scott Paterson role is to  ensure effective communication with shareholders.  You can thank him for how poorly written the information was as that is his role.  Respect I was able to buy cheap knowing he failed to communicate and find it rather comical considering they refused to even mention his shady past when  Carl Icahn was trying to rid Canada of this idiot. https://www.theglobeandmail.com/globe-investor/lions-gate-roars-back-at-icahn/article1318945/

Not sure I understand exactly. The news release about SY only said that an investor sold a 30% stake in the company to another third party. So, nothings changed here as far as I can tell, just one large investor swapped for another. They only own 30%, so they have no controlling interest so things are business as usual. I'm just surprised at how poorly this stock has traded for many months now. The complete inability to sustain any rally is somewhat concerning.
Of course I think it is an amazing future platform but that is only a 2016 dream.
Nothing will be done until they are cleared under Section 7 of the Clayton Act.
so here is the houseside interest

This is not a takeover this is a stuck with us because they want the technology which is a rather complicated structure.

Based on who sold ....they appear to have a ceo in healthcare which is probably a better growth area (based on single digit growth of the businesses they sold-valuation only the doj will love).

Expect the DOJ will have them spin out on asset or 2 before the are allowed to do the deal ....which could be a real spinout of this.

In the meantime unclear why the healthside is not ramping up for the new insurance mandate in the US.  which goes live in less than 100 days.

In the meantime respect the transcript I provided is a better underestanding.

I own this because the Chairman refuses to do his job and I respect his stupidity gave me and others a discount.
I own Lion's Gate -  Comprehend Guistra loyalty is whacked when it comes to Patterson and a few other short sellers have capitalized on his weakness.
Think Fabrice never owned this but owned Xactware and BNN took his interest out of context.
