Short copper ETF's

Short copper ETF's

I noticed an interesting article titled "J P Morgan Flees physical commodities trading" on mining.com dated July 26, 2013 (last friday). My interpretation of the article is that there may be a closure of complementing long and in particular, SHORT copper ETF's in the near future and that this may be good news to copper producers based on present market sentiment. Any opinions anybody?
