SP tankTrading down as low as 2.00.............what the hell is going on????  Cannot find any news release on UUU's website.  This entire transaction  is another workover of the little guy.  They seem to be able to keep our money  (not completing the transaction) as long as they want with no interest or penalty of any kind.  Why would they complete it sooner?  It is free financing for them.  I do not blame them, it is the securities commission that should have regulations in place.
