Quartermain is heavily financed himself in the project.

Anecdotally, I find it interesting that T.SEA continues to move in very close tandem with T.PVG despite no news and very low volume. I'm not complaining, as I have both, but wonder what the deal is when just a handful of shares can drive that one up ~.30.
