RE:RE:market cap

RE:RE:market capSHARE RATIO BETWEEN AMW AND FCU: UPDATE

FCU's July presentation shows 159 FD (fully diluted) shares outstanding but they issued 9.3 million options on May 31 to employees at 73 cents. so FD FCU has 168 million shares outstanding.

AMW has 31 million FD shares outstanding.

The ratio is 5.42 (168/31) so AMW should trade at a price 5.42 higher than FCU's (assuming equal or little value is assigned to all other assets of the 2 companies).

AMW closed at 5.55 today so FCU should be at $1.02 (5.55/5.42)
FCU closed at .98 to 1.00 today so AMW should be at 5.31 to 5.42. (5.42 x .98 to 5.42 x 1.00)

Both are more or less fairly valued in relation to each other at this time.
