Q2 Earnings

Q2 EarningsEarnings for companies in the construction sector usually increase from Q1 thru Q4, getting increasingly larger.  Expect Q2 earnings to be close to break even with Q's 3 & 4 making up all the lost ground.
Construction industry is still firming up from previous recession although not as fast as it has off of previous recessions.  US economy still not recovered.  I believe dividend is still solid & at $12.00 pays a pretty good 5% yield.
Need earnings to grow to get this stock price up.
Analysts still see this as a $13 to $15 stock.  Lets hope it gets there.
I've had this stock since it was an income trust fund paying $1.56 per year plus a bonus at the end of the year.  We won't see this again but can still expect a better return than current level.
