RE:Is Summer here yet. ?
Like waiting for Godot.   Those of us who still have $ and hopes in this thing would LOVE an earlier NR with real info in it, like partner's name, size/scope of this potential deal, etc.  Suspect there won't be any such info until after EFSA NDA Panel meets 9-11 Oct.  It's unlikely that a  European company will want to be ID'd prior to the EFSA's blessing. CS, please feel free to prove me wrong.  Does the EFSA ever make separate annoucements between panel meetings?

The irony is that the US FDA gave approval long ago, but no US company asked for a dance. There's even US patent approval now.  I know cliff, bear, prairiebreeze et al remind us that in thier view the process can't be made profitable. How to explain GEA's report then? And depending on the material, industry or technology, costs often fall precipitously once a product or process is established. I'm hoping that this is what the mystery partner has realized.

We've waited this long, but time's wasting and funds are limited. Son there'll be no more assets to sell, except the IP itself.   SP hit a new low today but the real selloff will happen in October if there's no news of a deal that compensates SHs for a lot of patience.
