Creditors

CreditorsRed,

What is coming is going to clear the field. Nevada has some really unique legal processes that are designed to prevent what had been going on. There is no director protection behind a legal corporate shield. I think everyone is on to it now.
Gosh, this would be a really nice take over target if anyone really liked the property and the shareholders. It would also keep Waterton, as it would include their questionable ownership, from the long term mess and liabilities they are heading into.
There are some very powerful groups out there who are not happy and are not going to just go away.
Anyone who fights this will probably have some serious digestive problems. Like feeling you have a belly full of bed springs.
