Potential Buyer of CLF, KWG, DDI, CCC

Potential Buyer of CLF, KWG, DDI, CCCThe following is from July 31, 2013 Wall Street Journal by John W. Miller:

"Mr. Davis is said to be very interested in buying Las Bambas, a 400,000-ton-a-year copper mine due to start producing at the end of 2015. The $5.2 billion mine belongs to Glencore Xstrata, but it has to be sold as a condition of regulatory approval for the merger (as was required by China).

Earlier this year, Mr. Davis told Metal Bulletin that a number of companies are starved for capital and low on management expertise and experience. "A combination of the right amount of capital, the right amount of management, would help them actually move up the value curve significantly," he said."

The above would have in mind Davis'  'X2 Resources' owning the ROF NS RR and substantial ROF Chromite Ores. In addition, 'X2 Resourses' would own Chromite Ore Custom Treatment Metallurgical Upgrading Facilities close to the S end of the ROF NS RR.

Davis, if keen on the above, will have competition but with PM Harper's support may very well prevail.
